Allegiant Travel CO (NASDAQ:ALGT) announced it repaid $120.0 million of its senior secured notes due August 2027 on October 15, 2025, exercising a call feature initiated on September 15, 2025.

This repayment, combined with $25.26 million in notes repurchased during August 2025, leaves a remaining principal balance of $404.74 million on the company's 2027 senior secured notes. Including these actions and recent voluntary prepayments of other bilateral debt obligations, Allegiant Travel has prepaid approximately $301.34 million of debt principal in total. Of this amount, $181.34 million of debt principal was prepaid in Q3 2025 and $120.0 million in Q4 2025 to date. These figures do not include regularly scheduled principal amortization.
