Paul L. Strickland, the Receiver appointed by the District Court of Clark County, Nevada, on September 18, 2024, filed a Fifth Interim Report on November 1, 2025. This report details legal actions undertaken by the receivership, including a Notice of Entry of Clerk's Entry of Default Against Defendant Astra Energy, Inc., filed on November 3, 2025.
The default judgment relates to a loan agreement and secured promissory note executed on February 16, 2023. TTII Strategic Acquisitions and Equity Group loaned Astra Energy $100,000.00 for a 12-month term, with a maturity date of February 16, 2024. The loan carried an annual interest rate of 10%. Astra Energy was obligated to make quarterly interest payments, with the full principal and final interest due at maturity.
The agreement stipulated a $500 late fee per day for any missed interest payments. Astra Energy's obligations were secured by an assignment of Patent Number US 2020/0164381 A1, held by Astra's subsidiary, Regreen Technologies, Inc. The filing states that Astra Energy failed to make any payment required under the agreement. Ronald Loudoun also executed the agreement as a personal guarantor for Astra Energy's obligations. The Receiver intends to pursue all available legal actions to collect on the Default Judgment.
