One World Products, Inc. (OTC:OWPC) announced the appointment of Ertharin Cousin to its Board of Directors, effective October 17, 2025.
Cousin brings over four decades of global leadership experience, including serving as Executive Director of the United Nations World Food Programme from 2012 to 2017. She also held the position of U.S. Ambassador to the UN Agencies for Food and Agriculture from 2009 to 2012 and was Chief Operating Officer of Feeding America. Currently, she is the Managing Director and CEO of FSF Ventures and CEO of Food Systems for the Future Institute. Cousin serves on the supervisory board of Bayer AG, the board of directors of Mondelez International, and is Board Chair of Allwyn-North America. She has been recognized on Forbes' 100 Most Powerful Women List and TIME's 100 Most Influential People list.
Isiah Thomas, Chairman and CEO of One World Products, stated that Cousin brings "proven judgment and real world execution" to the board. Cousin commented that she is "honored to join Isiah Thomas and this board to help scale solutions that create value for people and for the planet." Her appointment aligns with that of Minyon Moore, who also serves on the board.
The company, soon to be renamed Isiah Enterprises, is expanding its focus into automotive packaging and food packaging, emphasizing renewable materials and circular economy manufacturing. One World Products reported the successful launch and scaling of a rubber compounds product line, with more than 100,000 pounds shipped to date.
