SATIVUS TECH CORP. (OTC:SATT) announced a leadership change, with Director and CEO Shmulik Yannay resigning effective October 20, 2025. The Board simultaneously appointed Michael Oster as the new Director and CEO, and Shaul Trabelsi as an additional Director.
The company stated that Mr. Yannay's resignation was not a result of any disagreements with Sativus Tech. Mr. Oster, 53, is an attorney with decades of C-suite experience in technology and investment. He serves as CEO of Saffron Tech Ltd., a subsidiary of Sativus Tech, and has been a partner in several international companies. Mr. Oster holds a BA in Law and Economics from Bar Ilan University (1996).
Mr. Trabelsi, 47, brings experience from Amdocs, where he served as lead GTRO, and from Price Waterhouse Coopers CPA (Israel), where he was Head of Compensation. Mr. Trabelsi holds a BA in Economics (2003) and an MBA in Finance from Bar Ilan University (2006).
