Bosnia and Herzegovina's new dwelling prices hit an all-time high of 3,147 BAM/sqm in Q2 2025. This represents a 2.4% increase from 3,073 BAM/sqm in Q1 2025. The rise is attributed to strong demand and limited supply particularly in urban centers. Elevated construction costs and annual inflation of 4.8% in July 2025 also contribute to higher prices. Bosnia and Herzegovina's record low new dwelling prices was 1,508 BAM/sqm on Q4 2017 and record high was 3,147 BAM/sqm on Q2 2025.
