Guatemala Interest Rate
Guatemala's interest rate decreased by 0.5% to 4% in September 2025 from 4.5% in August 2025. Inflation moderated below the central bank's 3.0-5.0% target range, projected near 3% for the year. Economic activity remains upbeat but global uncertainty and evolving U.S. policies prompted the rate reduction to stimulate activity.
