Trinidad & Tobago's unemployment rate decreased to 3.8% in Q2 2025. This is the lowest rate since Q3 2023. The rate was 4.9% in Q1 2025. Employment increased by 2.7% in Q2 2025 compared to the prior quarter. The number of unemployed persons fell to 22,600 in Q2 2025 from 28,900 in Q1 2025. Trinidad & Tobago's record low unemployment rate was 3.2% in Q3 2023 and record high was 7.2% in Q4 2020.
