Zimbabwe Interest Rate

Zimbabwe's interest rate remained at 35% in July 2025, unchanged from June 2025. This policy reflects the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe's focus on stability following the ZiG currency launch. Despite monthly inflation averaging 0.6% from February to July 2025, the central bank maintained its tight monetary stance to control annual inflation and aid ZiG integration. Zimbabwe's record low interest rate was 15% in February 2019 and record high was 200% in June 2022.
