Estonia's consumer confidence increased by 6.5% to -34.4 points in September 2025, up from -36.8 points in August 2025. This improvement coincided with a slight decrease in annual inflation which was 6.2 percent in August 2025, down from 6.16 percent in July 2025. The unemployment rate also fell to 7.8% in the second quarter of 2025 from the first quarter. Economic sentiment in August 2025 saw a boost from improved consumer and services sector confidence despite a lower economic uncertainty index. Estonia's record low consumer confidence was -43.2 points in September 2022 and record high was 4.2 points in August 2019.
