Estonia Unemployment Rate : Definition
The Estonia unemployment rate shows the proportion of the labor force without jobs but seeking work. Statistics Estonia calculates it by dividing the number of unemployed people, defined as those without work available for work and actively seeking it, by the total labor force which includes employed and unemployed individuals, then multiplying by 100.
