Malta Unemployment Rate : Definition
The Malta unemployment rate shows the share of the labor force without jobs who are seeking employment. The National Statistics Office computes this by dividing the count of unemployed individuals by the total labor force which includes both employed and unemployed persons, then multiplying the result by 100.
