Singapore's infant mortality rate fell to 1.7 per 1,000 in 2023, down from 1.8 per 1,000 in 2022, according to World Bank. This represents a decrease of 0.1 from the previous year. Singapore has the 3rd lowest infant mortality rate. Other bottom countries are San Marino, Estonia, Slovenia and Japan.
