Greece Inflation Rate
Greece's inflation rate fell to 1.9% in September 2025. This is the lowest rate recorded since September 2023. The rate in August 2025 was 2.9%. This decrease was driven by lower energy prices which dropped 0.4% in September, compared to a 2.0% decrease in August. Food, alcohol and tobacco prices also fell slightly, from 3.2% in August to 3.0% in September. Greece's record low inflation rate was -2.3% in December 2020 and record high was 12.1% in June 2022.
