Israel Business Confidence
Israel's business confidence dropped to 18 points in September 2025. This is a 10.4% decrease from August 2025's 20.1 points. The decline marks a three-month low. Persistent geopolitical risks including the conflict with Iran and concerns over Gaza reoccupation, fueled business caution. This led to delayed spending and economic output contraction in the second quarter. Shrinking foreign and domestic investments also lowered business sentiment. Israel's record low business confidence was -19 points in April 2020 and record high was 27.2 points in January 2020.
