Nigeria - Non Manufacturing PMI
Nigeria's Non-Manufacturing PMI reached 54.7 points in September 2025, the highest since February 2020. This is a 5.4% increase from August 2025's 51.9 points. Growth was broad-based across Services, Agriculture and Industry sectors. The Services Sector PMI was 54.7 points, driven by increased business activities. Agriculture expanded for the fourteenth consecutive month with new orders as a key driver. The Industry Sector returned to expansion at 51.4 points, showing improvements in output and employment. Rising production, higher demand and improved supply chains supported this economic resilience with 28 subsectors expanding. Nigeria's record low Non Manufacturing PMI was 25.3 points in May 2020 and record high was 62.3 points in December 2018.
