Qatar Balance of Trade
Qatar's balance of trade surplus fell to 14.16 billion QAR in August 2025. This is the lowest surplus since April 2021. The surplus declined by 16.6% from 16.97 billion QAR in July 2025. Exports decreased to 26.92 billion QAR in August from 28.50 billion QAR in July. Imports rose to 12.76 billion QAR in August from 11.52 billion QAR in July. Qatar's record low balance of trade was 4.35 billion QAR in April 2020 and record high was 36.24 billion QAR in August 2022.
