Belgium Business Confidence
Belgium's business confidence fell to -9.1 points in October 2025, a three-month low. This represents a 15.2% decrease from September's -7.9 points. The decline stems from a weaker manufacturing sector and poorer performance in business services. Global uncertainty, reduced exports and rising energy costs also impact the outlook. Economic activity is expected to slow. Belgium's record low business confidence was -36.1 points in April 2020 and record high was 10.1 points in July 2021.
