Croatia Business Confidence
Croatia's business confidence rose to 3.9 points in September 2025. This is the highest level since August 2024, a significant increase from -0.2 points in August 2025. The improvement stems from better manufacturing confidence due to stronger export orders and a services sector recovery driven by expected consumer spending increases. Stable energy costs and government investment incentives also support this optimism. Croatia's record low business confidence was -35.7 points in April 2020 and record high was 15.6 points in August 2017.
