Croatia's consumer confidence fell to -13.3 points in September 2025. This is the lowest level in four months. Confidence declined by 8.1% from August's -12.3 points. Consumer sentiment weakened in August with expectations for the next 12 months declining. Inflation was 4.1% in August 2025, primarily due to price increases for housing, utilities and food. Croatia's record low consumer confidence was -32.1 points in April 2020 and record high was -0.4 points in January 2020.
