Colombia Annual Exports

Colombia's exports fell to $49.77 billion in 2023, down from $56.91 billion in 2022, according to the UN Comtrade Database. This represents a decrease of 12.5% ($7.14 billion) from the previous year. Top exports from Colombia were Mineral fuels, oils, waxes, bitumen ($25.25 billion), Pearls, precious stones, metals, jewelry, coins ($3.62 billion), Coffee, tea, mate and spices ($2.93 billion). Colombia's top three export partners in 2023 were United States (28.4%), Panama (9.4%), and China (5.0%), together accounting for 42.8% of total exports.

Colombia's trade deficit narrowed to $13.01 billion in 2023 from $20.5 billion in 2022. This shows a decrease of 36.5% ($7.49 billion).
