Hong Kong business confidence reached -2 points in Q4 2025. This is the highest level since Q3 2024. Confidence increased by 75% from Q3 2025's -8 points. This rise stems from improved confidence in financing and insurance sectors to 11 points and real estate to 3 points. Sentiment also improved in accommodation and food services, manufacturing, information and communications and import/export trade and wholesale. The 2025 economic outlook for Hong Kong is supported by steady Mainland China growth and a more accommodative global monetary environment. Hong Kong's record low business confidence was -37 points in Q2 2020 and record high was 15 points in Q2 2023.
