Japan Services PMI
Japan's Services PMI fell to 52.4 in October 2025, down 1.7% from 53.3 in September. This marks the lowest reading in four months. The slowdown reflects weaker sales growth and reduced new business. Foreign demand also declined, though at a slower rate. The composite PMI also saw its softest growth in five months due to the services sector's performance and a faster manufacturing contraction. Japan's record low Services PMI was 49.4 in June 2024 and record high was 55.9 in May 2023.
