Slovenia House Price Index

Slovenia's House Price Index hit an all-time high of 209 points in Q2 2025. This represents a 3.5% increase from 202 points in Q1 2025. The rise is attributed to stable purchasing power, falling interest rates and high demand relative to supply. Newly built apartments increased by 10.2% year-on-year and existing detached houses rose by 10.0%. Strong rental demand and a persistent imbalance between housing demand and new construction further support market resilience. Slovenia's record low House Price Index was 98.74 in Q4 2015 and record high was 209 in Q2 2025.
