Turkey Existing Home Sales

Turkey existing home sales increased by 4.2% to 103,540 units in September 2025, the highest since December 2024. Sales in August 2025 were 99,403 units. This growth is driven by expected monetary policy easing, decelerating inflation, a stable Turkish lira and foreign investor interest. Turkey's record low existing home sales was 27,935 units in April 2020 and record high was 161,420 units in July 2020.

Turkey existing home sales represent the total count of previously owned residential properties sold within Turkey. The Turkish Statistical Institute compiles this figure by recording all completed second-hand housing transactions.
