Hungary Exports
Hungary's exports fell to €10.19 billion in August 2025. This is the lowest level since December 2024. Exports in July 2025 were €12.04 billion. This marks a 15.3% decrease. The decline is due to weak demand from European markets, especially Germany. A contraction in the manufacturing sector also contributed. Trade disputes and global supply chain shifts affected the automotive and electronics sectors. Hungary's record low exports was €5.66 billion in April 2020 and record high was €14.31 billion in March 2023.
