Russia Manufacturing PMI
Russia's Manufacturing PMI decreased by 1% to 48.2 in September 2025, down from 48.7 in August 2025. This decline was caused by weaker demand, resulting in the steepest drop in new orders since November 2022. Client financial issues and customer caution also played a role. New export sales fell sharply due to weak international demand. This led to fewer new orders and reduced output. Russia's record low Manufacturing PMI was 47 in July 2025 and record high was 55.7 in March 2024.
