Russia's Services PMI fell to 47 points in September 2025. This is a decrease from 50 points in August 2025. The September figure is the lowest recorded since December 2022. The PMI declined by 6% between August and September. Russia's record low Services PMI was 43.7 points in October 2022 and record high was 58.1 points in March 2023.

Russia Services PMI : Definition
The Russia Services PMI gauges the economic health of Russia's service sector. It is calculated from surveys of Russian service companies, monitoring business activity, new orders, employment and expectations. A reading above 50 indicates expansion while below 50 signals contraction.
