Ukraine Consumer Confidence
Ukraine's consumer confidence reached 81.7 points in August 2025. This is a 6.9% increase from July's 76.4 points and marks a five-month high. The rise is due to improved business economic expectations, a higher business activity index driven by domestic demand and reconstruction and energy stability. Inflation slowed to 13.2% in August, benefiting consumer purchasing power. Ukraine's record low consumer confidence was 46.9 points in August 2015 and record high was 97 points in September 2019.

Ukraine consumer confidence gauges Ukrainian optimism regarding personal finances and the economy. GfK calculates it from survey responses on financial and economic expectations and spending plans. Scores above zero indicate optimism, below zero indicate pessimism.
