Argentina Core Inflation Rate
Argentina's core inflation rate dropped to 34.3% in September 2025, its lowest point since August 2018. This decline follows a rate of 36.1% in August 2025. Strict government fiscal policies including a zero-deficit rule and the halt of central bank money printing, are driving this disinflation. Deregulation, free market principles, central bank balance sheet cleanup and reduced currency depreciation pass-through also aid economic stabilization. Argentina's record low core inflation was 21.1% in December 2017 and record high was 300% in March 2024.
