Sri Lanka Inflation Rate MoM
Sri Lanka's Month-over-Month inflation rate was 0.2% in September 2025. This is the highest rate in three months. In August 2025, the MoM inflation rate was -0.4%. The rebound in demand conditions supported the recent increase. Energy and transport prices stabilized. Food price dynamics also contributed to the inflationary trend. Sri Lanka's record low MoM inflation was -1.94% in March 2024 and record high was 12.8% in June 2022.

Sri Lanka's month-over-month inflation rate shows the percentage change in the price level from one month to the next.
