Egypt Inflation Rate MoM : Definition
Egypt's inflation rate, month-over-month (MoM), shows the percentage change in the general price level from the previous month. It's calculated by subtracting the prior month's Consumer Price Index (CPI) from the current month's CPI, dividing by the prior month's CPI and then multiplying by 100. CPI includes food, housing, transportation and other goods/services.
