Ireland Consumer Confidence
Ireland's consumer confidence decreased by 2.9% to 59.9 points in October 2025, reaching a three-month low. This follows September's reading of 61.7 points. The decline is attributed to the national budget for 2026 which offered insufficient relief for rising living costs. A recent increase in inflation further reduced consumer sentiment with expectations of continued cost-of-living rises. Ireland's record low consumer confidence was 42.1 points in September 2022 and record high was 110.4 points in January 2018.
