Ireland GDP Growth Rate (QoQ)
Ireland's Quarter-over-Quarter GDP growth rate decreased to 0.2% in Q2 2025 from 7.5% in Q1 2025. This slowdown is the lowest growth rate since Q4 2023. The deceleration resulted from the unwinding of export front-loading by multinational firms and a significant drop in investment particularly in intangible assets. The output of multinational firms also shrank in Q2. Ireland's record low GDP growth rate was -4.8% in Q4 2008 and record high was 21.5% in Q1 2015.
