Malaysia's business confidence hit an all-time low of 0.08 points in Q3 2025. This represents a 96% decline from 1.98 points in Q2 2025. The wholesale and retail trade sector showed a confidence indicator of -7.3 percent. The construction sector posted a confidence indicator of -2 percent. Confidence in the 12-month production outlook for manufacturing fell to a four-year low. Malaysia's record low business confidence was 0.08 points in Q3 2025 and record high was 122 points in Q4 2021.
