Norway - Home Sales
Norway home sales hit 11,142 units in September 2025, a 10.3% increase from August's 10,102 units. This is the highest sales figure in three months. The rise coincides with improved consumer confidence which moved to -3.6 in the third quarter of 2025 from -9.1 in the prior quarter. Households showed greater confidence in their finances and expressed a less negative economic outlook. Homes also sold faster with an average of 46 days in September compared to 49 days in August. Norway's record low home sales was 2,662 units in December 2016 and record high was 12,008 units in June 2021.
