Norway's industry confidence fell to -0.3 points in Q3 2025. This is a 175% decline from 0.4 points in Q2 2025 and the lowest level since Q4 2023. The decline is attributed to weaker sentiment among producers of investment goods. New orders declined in both export and domestic markets. Industrial managers reported sustained price increases in domestic and export markets. Norway's record low industry confidence was -18.1 points in Q1 2020 and record high was 10.5 points in Q2 2021.
