This 6% decrease reflects new business inflows rising at their weakest pace since April. Competitive pressures and pricing challenges contributed to a softer expansion in output and purchasing activity. Employment growth eased but cost pressures receded for the third consecutive month with inflation at its lowest point since April 2024. Colombia's record low Davivienda Manufacturing PMI was 46.8 points in August 2023 and record high was 55.3 points in August 2025.
