Colombia Inflation Rate
Colombia's inflation rate increased to 5.18% in September 2025. This is up from 5.1% in August 2025. The September rate is the highest since February 2025. Higher prices for housing and utilities drove the increase. Food and non-alcoholic beverage prices also continued to rise. The Central Bank of Colombia maintained its policy rate at 9.25% due to ongoing inflation concerns. Colombia's record low inflation rate was 1.49% in November 2020 and record high was 13.34% in March 2023.

The Colombia inflation rate measures the percentage change in the general price level of goods and services within Colombia. It is calculated using the Consumer Price Index (IPC) which tracks price changes for a standard basket of goods and services used by households. The Banco de la República monitors the IPC to assess price stability.
