While fuel and extractive industry imports fell, manufactured goods imports increased, led by chemicals and materials. Separately, Colombia's industrial production growth slowed to 1% year-over-year in August 2025, down from 5.8% in July. Colombia's record low imports was $2.88 billion in May 2020 and record high was $7.3 billion in August 2022.
